Q. How are my goods delivered?

A. Goods are delivered by The Bedding Barn directly and not by couriers or 3rd parties. That way you are always able to keep track of your order by contacting us.

Q  When I got to checkout I was told that my address is not covered by free delivery. Why?

A. As we all live in a very large rural area you may find that your postcode is not listed and therefore not eligible for free delivery when your neighbour's postcode is. The delivery parameters of our online store mean we cannot include everyone within our delivery radius as some postcodes cover vast areas.

Q. When I place an order and pay what happens next?

A. We will contact you directly to arrange delivery at a time as convenient as possible for you (Weekend deliveries are sometimes available depending on demand)

Q. If there are a few of us on a yard can we order separately and get it delivered all at the same time? What if each person's order is not over £75 to qualify for free delivery?

A. Of course you can do that. So long as you all are happy to place your order and to take delivery of your order on the same day then all you need to do is email us for a free delivery code to use at checkout. That way each order does not have to be over £75
